The new Grenada House of Parliament building overlooking the city of St. George's was won in a competitive tender in late 2015. The three story, 40' high building has a structural steel frame with concrete floors and includes curved steel columns and beams at its core, designed to simulate the shape of the Nutmeg, the national symbol of Grenada.

After the successful opening in 2013, Quinn Company was asked to return in 2016 as the general contractor to expand Sandals LaSource Grenada Resort and Spa. The US$10 million expansion includes 32 new lagoon nature reserve suites in four luxury room blocks with eight units in each block.

This utility company headquarters building, designed and built by Quinn Company, features a two storey reception area with curved floating stainless steel stairway set inside a curved glass alcove. The ground floor comprises the customer service area, offices, staff rooms and toilets.

Construction of a ministry and educational facility comprising a worship hall, eight classrooms, kitchen, offices, toilets, storage, café/cafeteria and medical clinic.

This fast tracked renovation included relocation of the bar including a new floor, exterior wall and roof. The bathroom facilities were expanded. The floor at the previous bar location was raised and windows and railings were added. The middle of the exterior stairs was closed and the coffee station was relocated. The work was completed within the three week period scheduled.

Quinn Company won the competitive public tender to provide general construction services for the Grenville Market Square Project. The Market Square facility included a two storey retail market, refurbishment of the central vendor's market, a meat cold storage building, 26 independent vendor's stalls and external works.

Quinn Company was selected as General Contractor for the construction of bank’s main branch in St. George’s. The three story building includes 30,000 sq. ft. of banking hall and customer counters, ATM access, vaults and vault doors, offices, toilets, computer center, elevator, mechanical and electrical systems, and exterior works.

Design and turnkey construction of a 4,000 square feet office building. The structural frame is reinforced concrete while the exterior wall system is a Direct Applied Finish System (DAFS). This combination of state-of-the-art building materials has a 150mph wind load and impact capacity and the building will be very energy efficient.
