The new Grenada House of Parliament building overlooking the city of St. George's was won in a competitive tender in late 2015. The three story, 40' high building has a structural steel frame with concrete floors and includes curved steel columns and beams at its core, designed to simulate the shape of the Nutmeg, the national symbol of Grenada.

Offices, conference rooms, dining facilities and related service areas are located around this central debating chamber and are constructed with high quality finishes and state-of-art air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, security, audio-visual systems. External works include high retaining walls, roads and extensive car parks.
