The new Grenada House of Parliament building overlooking the city of St. George's was won in a competitive tender in late 2015. The three story, 40' high building has a structural steel frame with concrete floors and includes curved steel columns and beams at its core, designed to simulate the shape of the Nutmeg, the national symbol of Grenada.

The project comprised a new power plant building housing four gensets, a five-ton crane, a workshop and control room, an administrative building with offices, lockers and canteen and storage.
