The Virgin beach Development Company has contracted with QuinnCo to Design-Build two student housing facilities.  Each five story building will have 72 studio apartments containing a bathroom, kitchen, laundry, media area, sleeping area and study area.  Each unit will have a balcony.  Every two studios will be served by a utility closet and each floor will have a study room, utility room and storage space.  All five floors will be served by an elevator. 

The MEP systems include air conditioning, solar power, IT systems, fire protection and alarm, access control, basement water tanks collecting roof rain water, and heat pumps for hot water.  Extensive external works and hardscape works are part of the project.
