Quinn Company was awarded the contract to renovate the Grenada Public Service Cooperative Credit Union after they purchased a property located in downtown St. George's.

This space, within the Bruce Street Mall, comprises three floors of the build out. The new Credit Union Headquarters, opened under their new brand Ariza, is a modern day Financial Services Centre with more space, conference and training facilities. Quinn Company renovated the three floor building adding offices, electrical, AC system, plumbing, security, access control systems for the ATM, teller/cashier positions and a vault.
