QuinnCo coordinates its administrative operations out of its office in True Blue. This, our base of operations, houses clerical support, accounting, purchasing and inventory management, design and cost estimating, as well as the project management staff.
The company’s millwork shop and storage, which is located in two separate facilities, provides the space to construct cabinetry and other millwork offsite so it is ready to install, requiring less time at the project site.
On the same property is the company’s warehouse and storage facility for materials and equipment. The company has a large inventory of construction equipment and power tools, in addition to those used in the workshop and which are managed and tracked from this location. Larger items can be stored in this site’s half acre storage yard and containers located on the site.
The field offices house project supervisors, inspectors and site clerks and serve as control and distribution points for materials and equipment usage. All site offices are wirelessly linked to the main office enabling efficient communication and transmission of data.
The company owns a small fleet of trucks to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment and personnel to the job site as well as heavy equipment for earthworks, site works and concrete batching.
